Do you REALLY have NO time to workout?

The most common excuse people give when asked why they don’t workout is: “I don’t have time”. Truth is, I don’t have children yet so I thought maybe that could be the case for many people. But then I started meeting so many single, working mothers of 1,2,3 and 4 kids who got their daily workouts in and then carried on all their mommy duties and their full time job responsibilities perfectly. If there’s something I’ve learned in life is that competition is GREAT… in every aspect of life. Competition by definition is: the act or process of trying to get or win something such as a prize or a higher level of success someone else is also trying to get or win. Find YOUR Motivation

 Look great. Be healthy. Run a marathon. Loose weight. Revenge. Feel better. Whatever your motivation is to start working out, you need to find it, and after you find it, you need to find other little reasons to keep you going. Summer is here. Can’t quit, won’t quit. Make others notice. Don’t set back. Keep the weight off, etc. So where do we find it? That’s pretty easy, most people are not satisfied with how they look.
